Clinical Psychologist (f/m/x)


The CogniCare Center is looking for a committed and motivated clinical psychologist (f/m/x) from November 2023 to join our team in the area of children and young people at the CogniCare Center. We offer a modern facility with innovative therapy concepts and well-equipped test and treatment rooms, a diverse and interesting area of responsibility as well as inspiring collaboration in an interdisciplinary team.


Your tasks:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological testing to diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions. in children and young people
  • Professional evaluation and interpretation of test results to create precise findings.
  • Writing structured and meaningful findings that are understandable for clients, relatives and possible cooperation partners.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic results.
  • Conduct therapeutic interventions and treatment sessions according to the individual needs of clients.
  • Work closely with other professionals on the team to ensure holistic care.
  • Documentation of therapy progress, preparation of reports and integration into interdisciplinary case discussions.
  • Active participation in the further development of therapeutic approaches and methods.


Your qualifications and characteristics:

  • Completed degree in psychology with a focus on clinical psychology or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of German at level C1 enables smooth communication and documentation
  • Sound knowledge and experience in conducting and evaluating psychological tests.
  • Ability to generate meaningful and understandable findings from the results.
  • Professional experience in psychological diagnostics and treatment is an advantage, but motivated career starters are also welcome.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches is desirable.
  • High empathy, communication skills and sensitivity when dealing with clients.
  • Willingness to undertake continuous further training in order to keep specialist knowledge up to date. Openness to further training and further education in order to always remain up to date.
  • Empathy, social skills and empathy for working with young patients and their families.
  • Initiative, creativity and the ability to work independently.
  • High communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Our range:

    • Start of employment in October 2023.
    • Full-time position (40 hours/week) with an attractive salary of €3,097.47 gross (40 hours/week). If you have the appropriate qualifications, experience, competence and performance, we are prepared to overpay a salary that is in line with the market.
