Speech therapist (f/m/x)

The CogniCare Center is looking for a committed and motivated speech therapist (f/m/x) from November 2023 to join our team in the area of children and young people at the CogniCare Center. Our center specializes in the treatment and therapy of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. We offer a modern facility with innovative therapy concepts and well-equipped therapy rooms, a diverse and interesting area of responsibility, as well as inspiring collaboration in an interdisciplinary team.

Your tasks:

• Independent implementation of diagnosis, therapy and promotion of language and communication disorders in children and adolescents.
• Development of individual therapy plans and design of individual and group sessions to ensure optimal care for our young patients.
• Documentation of therapy progress and creation of reports.
• Active participation and further development of the therapeutic offer through specialist knowledge and creativity.

Your qualifications and characteristics:

• Completed training as a speech therapist and entry in the relevant professional register.
• German language skills at level C1 for smooth communication and documentation.
• Professional experience in the relevant field is an advantage, but motivated career starters are also welcome.
• Experience in the field of child and youth work as well as additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Openness to further training and further education in order to always stay up to date.
• High social skills and empathy for successful collaboration with children, young people and their families.
• Initiative, creativity and the ability to work independently.
• High communication skills and professional appearance.

Our range:

• Start of employment in October 2023.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) with an attractive salary of €3,097.47 gross (40 hours/week). If you have the appropriate qualifications, experience, competence and performance, we are prepared to overpay a salary that is in line with the market.
